If you need remote support with your computer system please install our remote access support tool (LogMeIn). Click here and your internet browser will start downloading and installing the tool. The only thing you need to do is to "Run" downloaded file and agree to any security pop ups. Installation takes place in old style black DOS window. Please allow up to 5 minutes for installation to complete. Be adviced that any existing LogMeIn and VNC installations in your system will be replaced with our Remote Access Tool.
